OUR FAQS
-
What is "Radius", and why does it matter?Simply put, a crane does its work based off of leverage. A heavy load close to the crane or a lighter load set further away, can put the same stresses on the crane unit and the ground. Crane capacities are based on a chart that compares distance and weight. When we ask for an estimated radius, we need to know the distance in feet from the center of the crane to the center of the load, at the point where you want to either set it down or pick it up, whichever is further.
-
Can I do work on JBPHH or other military bases?Yes. The military bases here in Hawaii do crane work all the time. They do have a higher standard for reporting and preparedness compared to what is required off base. The key is to have all of the information they require prior to the lift and work with them to get all of the required base paperwork finished ahead of time. Call us if you need help.
-
Do I need any special permits or licenses to operate a crane?Operating a crane requires specialized skills and certifications. When you rent a crane from us, our experienced operators will handle the machinery for you, ensuring compliance with all necessary permits and licenses. This way, you can focus on your project without worrying about legal requirements.

What factors should be considered when selecting a crane for a project? Our team can help you choose the best crane for your project based on your specific needs, load capacity, and site conditions.
